Welcome to the McGill Rentals.

We have two buildings, 3611 and 3617, Saint Famille in Montreal, QC. They are in the vibrant downtown Montreal area, and well located within minutes walking to McGill university, Place D’art and Saint Denise Street. If you are a McGill university student, it is just 5 minutes from the building. No more hassles for the public transit, no more snow delay the traffic. Busy on your study, you could go back and forth at any time. Looking for a fine restaurant or bar, there are plenty of them on Saint Denise Street, on Parc Avenue, and China town just 15 minutes walking. To have some fun, you will find them at Place d’art, Quartier des spectacles, and theatre and cinema nearby all year long. To do excise or relax a bit, the Mont Royal Parc is around. To go even further, the McGill metro station and bus stop are about 10 minutes walks away. They will take you anywhere on the island of Montreal. In short, you will find everything you need in the area for your study, work and stay.

The two buildings have total 37 apartments. Most of them are renovated, all including, (heating, electricity, Internet, hot water and furniture are included). All of them are studios, or 1 1/2, 2 1/2 in Quebec term. The building is well maintained and has a dedicate janitor to clean the building. We have 24 hour Video surveillance inside and outside of the building. All apartments are big and sunny. The living area for each apartment is from 369 square feet,  or 35 square meters.  You will have a balcony also in the front or back.

Most of our tenant are students from McGill university, or UQAM, and they need a quiet and affordable  study place. So we make bylaws to ensure that. You do not need to share your apartment with someone. You own your apartment and you could study and work on you own schedule.

The owners have been in Montreal for 16 years, and have plenty of experience of the rental busyness.  We will our rental bylaw to keep the building safe and quiet and  make sure you will have a nice living surrounding.
